James brings over 30 years experience in finance; he is owner of a registered Municipal advisor with a focus on financial transactions, derivatives and tax exempt financings; he is an expert in inancial risk management

Gregory Fawcett
Greg Fawcett has over 25 years of experience in structuring and private placement of fixed-income securities (taxable and tax-exempt), financial advisory services (municipal and corporate), and real estate and project finance investment banking. Greg is also a licensed attorney.

Eva brings over 29 years of experience; she is President and CEO of a real estate investing company whose services include development and asset management; member of an investment committee of a national pension fund; as well as fundraiser and advocate for charities that benefit underprivileged and victimized children across the world.
