P3 is committed to helping find the right solutions for its partners and the projects they support. Every project is unique.  For this reason, P3 can utilize a variety of different structures and prides itself on creative solutions customized to meet the unique needs of the project and stakeholders. This may entail but is not limited to project-based tax-exempt bonds, project-based taxable bonds, leasehold mortgages, operating leases, and support agreements.

During the financing phase, P3 oversees the creation of a special purpose entity that will own the project, coordinates the selection and requirements of the conduit issues, facilitates the development and negotiation of financing documentation and sale of bonds, pursue real estate tax exemptions if appropriate, as well as manages the contracts of all third-party advisors and contractors necessary to execute the financing and facilitate the project.
